I’m in your streets, making noises…

So as started last night this morning was the first time that the car has been taken to the steets. Well not really, but I am calling it the first due to it not having any issues with overheating or dying; technically first time out with triples and headersexhaust though

In your streets

A few whistles, hoots, and smiling waves later I sit at my usual spot; only now I am waiting for the blokes who park out in front to leave so that I can swoop in and actually watch my car. And strangely enough, someone is doing that right now! Not really a vain action, more of a safety issue… ok fine, kinda vain.

It has been 4 months (dec 15th purchase date) since I have had the pleasure/pain of working on such a cult of a car. While I have talked about the grime a bit, it has become something of a normalcy again. Where my hands were once filled with keyboards and mice they have now been replaced with wrenches and ratchets. Just a short couple years ago I could have cared less about what I drove; the car became a box that took me to work instead of something that I love to be in. Thanks to this car, and the free time, the 240z has brought me back to what I like to do; making things work.
